New this year, Run MS is the 5K run for everyone. No special training is required. Have a blast running through Denver's beautiful City Park with your friends, family and co-workers. While this event is built for fun, we are also on a serious mission: to support people living with multiple sclerosis and bring us closer to a world free of MS.

As part of our Walk MS Denver event, runners will lead the charge for 10,000 walkers who come out to City Park each year to show support and raise awareness for people affected by MS. We are stronger together and with every step we take and every dollar we raise we are moving closer to our goal.

Your participation in Run MS provides vital programs and services to people living with multiple sclerosis throughout Colorado and Wyoming. It also funds cutting-edge research aimed at stopping disease progression, restoring what had been lost and ending MS forever.
